Terms and Conditions
1. Services:
- 1.1. AnaMGP Cleaning Services provides cleaning services for residential and commercial
clients.
- 1.2. Services will be performed as agreed upon in the contract and in accordance with
professional standards.
2. Contracting:
- 2.1. Clients can contract our services through written or electronic agreements.
- 2.2. Acceptance of a quote implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Payments:
- 3.1. Payments will be made according to the terms agreed upon in the invoice.
4. Liability:
- 4.1. AnaMGP Cleaning Services will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- 4.2. Clients are responsible for providing safe access and working conditions for our
cleaning staff.
5. Cancellations and Changes:
- 5.1. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- 5.2. Changes to services must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
- 5.3. The client is allowed up to 2 maximum changes to take the service; exceeding this
limit will result in service cancellation with no refund.
6. Property and Access:
- 6.1. AnaMGP Cleaning Services retains ownership of all supplies and equipment used.
- 6.2. Timely and secure access to facilities is required to carry out services.
7. Warranty:
- 7.1. We guarantee the quality of our services and commit to addressing any issues within
a reasonable timeframe.
8. Modifications to Terms:
- 8.1. AnaMGP Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
Changes will be notified to clients in advance.
9. Applicable Law:
- 9.1. This contract is governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute will be
resolved through arbitration.
